By submitting any artwork, logo, design, or imagery to NorCal Emblem LLC, you affirm that you have full legal rights to use, reproduce, or request the reproduction of all submitted content. You also certify that such use does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights—such as trademarks or copyrights—of any third party.
By placing an order with NorCal Emblem LLC, you agree to assume full responsibility for any copyright or trademark disputes that may arise as a result of the use of submitted materials. NorCal Emblem LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be held liable for any legal claims, damages, or losses stemming from intellectual property disputes related to customer-provided content.
In the event of a legal dispute involving copyright or trademark infringement arising from content you submitted, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorCal Emblem LLC for any resulting damages, legal fees, and litigation-related expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney’s fees incurred before, during, or after any legal proceeding or appeal.
Purchase of custom or stock merchandise from NorCal Emblem LLC does not grant you ownership, licensing, or reproduction rights to any logos, trademarks, or proprietary artwork created by NorCal Emblem LLC. Any purchase of merchandise from Norcal Emblem LLC in no way, shape or form grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant, or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
Should a dispute arise, both parties agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall be Sacramento County, California, USA. The prevailing party in any such legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and associated costs.
By using this website and/or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NorCal Emblem LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any liabilities, claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site or submitted materials.

All Sales Are Final:
Due to the custom nature of the products manufactured by NorCal Emblem LLC, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, specifications, and order details prior to final confirmation. By submitting payment and approving the order, you acknowledge and accept that no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
NorCal Emblem LLC is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork, specifications, or information. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Shipment of Custom Products:
Once your order is shipped from NorCal Emblem LLC and is handed off to a third-party shipping provider (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other courier service), NorCal Emblem LLC is no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit.
Any claims for lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist you by providing tracking information and shipment documentation, but NorCal Emblem LLC does not reimburse or replace items that are mishandled or lost by the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
