No, we are only an online based business. We do not have any physical store front/location. Communication is normally done via phone call or email.
Are your products made in California/USA?
Our manufacturing/production is based overseas, outside of the USA.

Can you create artwork?
Yes! We do offer artwork for patches and challenge coins. Depending on the design you are requesting, a fee may be charged.​
How long does it take to get my order once I have paid my invoice?
For most orders, you should receive your order within (4) weeks. If you are on a timeline, please let our staff know in advance. Please keep in mind, there may be delays caused by the shipping carrier.​
